Eureka Robohub designed and implemented a fully integrated Hotel Property Management System (PMS) alongside a modern online booking website for Thames Hotel, Ibadan, to optimize operations and enhance the overall guest experience.

The PMS was developed to manage end-to-end hotel operations, including reservations, room allocation, guest check-in/check-out, billing, and reporting within a centralized system. This replaced manual and fragmented processes, improving efficiency, accuracy, and real-time operational visibility across the hotel.

In addition, we built a responsive and user-friendly online booking platform that allows guests to view room options, check availability, and make reservations seamlessly. The platform was optimized for speed, mobile access, and secure transactions, helping the hotel strengthen its digital presence and increase direct bookings.

The system was also structured to support multi-branch scalability, ensuring that operations can be efficiently managed as the business grows.
